Roasts (use product option checkbox); Dark, Medium, Med/Dark (is a 50/50 blend of dark and medium roasts), Espresso (a special roast for our 100% Colombian Arabicas)

Grinds:  Separate products for whole beans and ground beans.  If you wish a grind other than default (drip grind.. except espresso grind is default for espresso beans) .. then use the notes field in check-out. 
Custom Options are: Very Course, Course, Drip, Finer Drip, Fine, Espresso, Espresso Fine, Turkish (powder)

Also us the notes field in checkout for specifying pick-up or delivery time (and protected drop-off location if no-one to be home)

Price News:  Current prices for un-roasted coffee have jumped considerably around the world. Drought and a freeze have hurt Brazils production. Colombia is having low yield from too much rain. Prices for our un-roasted beans reflect new replacement cost. Prices for retail and wholesale roasted coffee are up but will likely be higher by Jan 2022
